Shi Hao drops down from supreme being realm to peak of self-release realm and recreates his foundation, he re-cultivates to supreme being realm (ch. 1863). This time Shi Hao reaches the supreme being realm using body as a seed and supreme being peak at age 200+, perfectly resolving Immortal Breaking Curse. True Immortal	Ch. 1923		14k+	Shi Hao is actually (whether by mind or body) over 490,000 years old (Ch. 1905, it is a typo in chapter 1911 to mention that his real age is 4,900,000 years old) - due to his crossing (when he was 1800 years old) into the past to the Age of Emperor Collapse through the very depth of an ancient cave called Heaven Connecting Land (Ch. 1902) using the drop of ancient blood that attached itself to Ye Fan's blood colored cauldron, containing Embodiment Transformation Great Method and living 8 lives, accumulating experience and strengthening his Dao - at this point his strength is comparable to True Immortals without being one himself. He also became unmatched formation master during his fourth life. When he returns to the current age, he is still 1800 years old to other people. When he has lived around 13,000 years in the current age, he met darkness Huo Ling'er in the Dam World, then he started training crazily without regards to his life. He spends 900 years cultivating by engaging in a life and death battle in Void Immortal Gold Stele against a copy of his true self gaining further insight and comprehension of Dao where he dies during first 100 years and revives once more only to battle himself and almost dying every time for another 800 years (total of 9 lives that he has lived up till this point). Finally, he faces and survives through terrifying Immortal Ascension Tribulation. His promotion to Immortal is called 9 lives Immortal Ascension. During his journey to Immortal Mound in search of Evil Warding Divine Bamboo and Yellow Springs Fruit, Shi Hao faced a life-and-death trial to surpass the ancients. He concentrated the heavenly passage into a point in his abdomen, resembling a golden immortal pill, and triggered an explosion to defeat the humanoid Darkness Immortal Gold, securing the Divine Bamboo. Hovering between life and death, he created a life-and-death disk around the contracted passage, unlocking hidden potential and understanding Dao, though he only formed a rough yin-yang diagram. Dao Palace Realm	Ch. 1510 Ch. 1862		25, 100+	Shi Hao already had 'hidden gates' inside his body thanks to walking on the path of 'body as the seed'. During his peril inside Reincarnation Pool, Shi Hao keeps using Imperishable Scripture to reconstruct both his body and primordial spirit. During the process, his primordial spirit merged with his inner organs. His five viscera shone, forming five palaces, protecting his primordial spirit. Moreover, his five viscera open five gates, each connected to one life. Even after his skull regenerates and his primordial spirit returns, his five viscera still form five palaces and released indistinct scripture sound. He uses these gates to create Dao Palaces inside his inner organs (five viscera): Heart Lungs Liver Kidney Spleen During his time as Supreme Being, he found out that five viscera have spirits or deities which chant scripture sound by themselves.
