Buying Divine or items for real money allowed?

Discussion

Most of you know that selling divines or items for real money is not allowed and will get you banned.

From the TOS:

Perform in-game services during your use of the Website, Materials or Services for any form of compensation outside of PoE.

But when you buy in game items you do not "perform in-game services".

IF GGG wanted to forbid buying currency or items for real money - why did they use this wording (only touching the selling part)

New Heroes Join the Fight.

If you do this, and you inevitably get banned, and you appeal your ban with this argument, you should let us know how it goes :)

because the trade of currency is an ingame service as well. this covers everything

I'm sure changing the wording ToS would help against RMT.

RMT’ers: “ah damn. The sign says no cheating. Let’s stop guys”

Obviously not.

Its strangely written.

GGG can also ban you for any reason, so please, nobody try to bend the wording of the rules if you think that would defend you.

"During YOUR use."

Judge, my client here states they used an ai robot to perform the said transaction instaed of them. So technically they didnt use the game and/or its website.

I rest my case.
