Looking for recommendations - Rack Mount Power strip with remote mgmt.

Hi er'body. I'm looking for rack mounted power strips with remote management ability. Being able to remote into the device via console/ethernet and be able to view outlet status and have the ability to power cycle the entire unit or individual outlets as needed. What do you use and what do you hate/like about it?

EDIT: Bonus if it has VLAN abilities.

We use APC...

For the one in our main data center they're also smart enough to tell us power load, which has been useful.

The worst part is just the cabling and keeping things updated as we moved gear in and out. You don't want to accidentally power down the port for the switch that actually gives you access in the first place

I was hoping to find something a bit more on the smaller scale. Recently had a switch hose up (I think it was stale/non updating/corrupt arp tables) that took down voice traffic and nothing else. Had to schlup 20 miles each way to perform a power cycle.

“Switched PDU” is the search term you are looking for. APC and Tripp-Lite are the biggest players.

Thank you!! I spent time on Tripp-Lite and found nothing until using your search term!!
