A countertop ice maker that actually KEEPS the ice frozen and well below the freezing point?

I've been using this one for over a year now and I really like it. It makes ice in a few minutes and is also pretty quiet too.
I recommend the GE Opal 2.0 if you want one of the best countertop ice makers – it makes soft nugget ice and looks really nice. For a budget-friendly option, the Igloo ICEB26 is a great pick. It’s easy to use, affordable, and makes ice fast.
Why not just get a bin for ice, and put it in the freezer after you have enough? It'd be more efficient than keeping them frozen on your countertop with minimal insulation.
What would be a good way to do this? I try a zip lock and it always freezes into a clump
