AnimeTosho (Usenet)
Hi guys! im having troubles with animeTosho indexer. I have 2 other that are working but this one i cant seem to get to work. When i add it and test it, it says all is good. But it doesnt find anything. Searches always come back empty. What am i doing wrong ? Is there some trick to it ?
Url> https://feed.animetosho.org
Api path> /api
did you ever figure out what the cause was?
Nope. Sometimes it works. Sometimes not. Maybe some Processing error through the site
There are definitely bugs in sonarr (I think) on certain show names. Some series give me results from animetosho, others give nothing. Checking manually gives results on the website. Numbers in the title seems to be the difference, but I never dug into it much.
Have you tried searching some other titles?
I have. But i still dont get if animetosho is real indexer or just rss feed.
Your url seems correct, what did you set as API key? If I remember correctly, it should be 0
Have you checked the categories as well? I‘ve got 5030
and 5040
Maybe that's the problem? I don't have categories 5030 and 5040. Only categories I have showing up are Moves - 2020, and Anime - 5070
Do i need to add these 5030 and 5040 categories somewhere? Yes i have API key 0. The test came positive.
But is animetosho indexer for usenet? Cause others are saying its only for Rss
Are you trying to use it with the *arrs?
Yeah. With usenet actually. I have disabled torrents as it was working well so far.
I have sonarr, radarr, overseerr and NBZ

This is wrong. It supports search just fine
Only rss? I thought it was an indexer. As people recommend it for indexers
