Can I put my phone SIM in a tablet and change them out?
Hi there! I'm currently on a family plan and have a line for $25 with unlimited talk, text, and data. I have a phone currently, and I'm looking to buy an unlocked LTE Samsung tablet. I was curious if I could swap my SIM card between my phone and my tablet whenever I wanted to use data on the tablet? Like, if I was on the go, I could just pop the SIM on my plan out of my phone, put it in the tablet, and use the internet on it? I called customer support, and they said yes, this was possible and I didn't have to buy a special plan or anything . However, I've heard from others that you have to buy a data only plan. Any info? Thanks in advance for the help!
(The tablet I'm looking at is an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Tab s5e with LTE)
