Howdy! Check the connectivity tutorials as they might differ a bit because of the dissimilar OS.
Regarding the SFTP tools, I saw that Forklift was recommended above, which is fine, except that it is not suitable for large data transfers. If we're talking specifically about SFTP, I would consider Commander One, just cause It provides a seamless SFTP connection, no matter the size of the files being transferred. However, Commander One's learning curve may be challenging for beginners
Although there is always a lot to choose from, these solutions are a drop in the ocean).
By the way, check out Flow or WebSSH, you may also like them.
There are tutorials out there to mount an SFTP drive. It won't feel as natural as Linux but can be done.
My personal recommendation, look into Forklift by Binary Nights. Particularly when it is on sale as part of some bundle. It has 2 panes and allows for all kinds of connections.
Transmit is also amazing but rarely on sale.
You might want to try Cyberduck or MountainDuck. It might be free and is kind of like Filezilla. Haven't tried it yet.

I ended up buying transmit app which is great, but it would be much more convenient to have it in native file manager like almost all linux file managers do.
I highly recommend forklift! It’s like finder but can connect to virtually everything: sftp, ssh, gdrive, aws... you name it.
