Probably been asked by a million people, but I’m tired of being adobes little bitch. How relatively straight forward is setting up MonkRUs, and is it virus free?
Do not want to completely nuke my new laptop if possible.

Not too bad. For m0nkrus, just download it. For GenP (patching it yourself), just download the official creative cloud from adobe, and use GenP to activate it.
Will give it a whirl, free lightroom will be a blessing 🙏
It's very straight forward, I use it myself. I downloaded the Master Collection > Disabled Windows Defender during the installation (all 4 protections) > also cut off my internet for the installation (probably not necessary, I'm a bit paranoid) > I blocked the .exe files from the apps I installed in the firewall (both in and out) > now I'm enjoying it.
I'm not experiencing any computer slow downs, no weird stuff happened to me after installation and Monkrus seems to be a reputable/trusted source. I'd recommend it.
If you had Adobe software installed previously, I recommend doing the full cleaup which you can find here, guide #4.
One more thing, this is fully offline, in Photoshop you will not be able to use Neural Filters unless you log into an account (I did that and had no issues), for that you have to unblock it in the firewall and block it again after you downloaded the filters. But being logged into an account, even if it's fully offline, will slow down Photoshop, at least in my experience (i7 7700K, GTX 1070, 32GB DDR4, SSD installation). I logged out of my dummy Adobe account since I don't really use Neural Filters and my Photoshop boots a lot faster.

So far nothing nothing bad happened to two of my computers. No virus. I got Photoshop from MonkRUs . As long as you follow GenP's instructions and downlod from his website, it's fine.
That’s good enough for me, I think it looks like one of the easier to pirate items out there though definitely
Monkrus is great but his adobe cracks stopped working for me
So happens I just set up Monk's photoshop 2025 release on a VM to see if any funny business is going on. No unexplained processes or network connections that I could see. Seems all it really does is block a bunch of adobe IPs.
Can you let me know how you've been doing with this? This is one of the most recent posts I've found, and it's been nearly 2 weeks since you (maybe?) tried MonkRUs? I wanted to get the perspective of another piracy noob lol. I'm so scared to jump in, but I reeeeeeeeally can't afford Abobe's fuckery.
You have a high chance of getting the "unlicensed app" and a 10-day countdown or glitches when you use cracked Adobe apps.
