I saw many people having this dilemma and I’m facing it as well. After a lot of research, I am going for the M4 Pro with 12-core CPU, 16-core GPU

I will be running W11 on Parallels as I require some Windows-only software. On Parallels, there will be high memory usage with many programs open at once.

Apart from that, some basic video editing and browsing on the actual Mac OS. Obviously with a lot of multitasking.

Would upgrading to the 48GB be worth it? it’s almost an extra 500$ where I am.
