Three people having a yakuman tenpai is pretty over the top. Especially including pure nine gates. Data from Tenhou has 1 in 1,767,595 wins being pure nine gates. For pure kokushi it's 1 in 186,844 wins and 1 in 2,951 wins for daisangen.
The idea of calling a tile somebody dropped due to dying is hilarious.

Episode 21 and 22 raws are out. For whatever reason, people genuinely hate this show which is sad, so its not a priority for translating.
