think it was intended that way because two scepters will give 200 spirit and 4 free skeletons.
ye i find that design decision weird aswell. They could just nerf the base 100spirit a bit and let us dual wield them. Feels like a bad restriction to not have the option
Id be happy with a foci or str/int shield just having some minion affixes. Give u s a second item to use with the sceptre to help minion/hybrid builds.
