Did you try restarting the browser? I had this happen where it was working but for some reason my browser stopped wanting to connect. If I changed the address via WinSCP/SSH it would work, but 192.168.1.1 wouldn't work. I restarted the browser and that cleared the issue up.
Did you make sure you are on the same subnet? This is rare since most people stay within a 254 host range (192.168.1.x for example), but if you expand beyond that, the router's default IP/subnet mask is 192.168.1.1/24(255.255.255.0) and if you're not on 192.168.1.x then it won't work.
