Requesting Local only wifi (camera access) - no internet connection.

I'm trying to set up a local network that has no access to internet connectivity.

In other words I want a offline network for security cameras to stream video to a local drive, but do not want the network to reach web or main wifi.

How can I set this up? Running OpenWRT.

Don't plug it into the internet. Don't connect it to your cable modem or dsl modem.

A guest zone with a firewall rule to block access to the wan.
