Dean sold it to another family in 2009, which is why The Olde Stone Mill closed (two years after the episode).
The new owners operated it as a restaurant called DiNapoli's Stone Mill for a while. Then, it was sold again in 2022 and a new restaurant opened there, which is still at the location as far as I can tell.
So what is the new nightmare called
