VLAN for VPN traffic

Im trying to create a vlan on openwrt that only goes through my vpn of choice (Windscribe) but I am not sure how to go about this, I believe I have the creation of vlans correct but I don't know how to make traffic on this vlan pass through the vpn, any help would be appreciated.
