I'm trying the same thing to add another user to share my Subnet. Were you able to get it working?

Yes, I did. Although, it was not a straightforward process. I remember that I had to open the shared link in my wife's phone, then I had to choose my Tailnet to login and finally the shared devices appeared in the app. I hope that's what's supposed to do, I don't remember exactly...
