I have a razer huntsman TKL TE and a death adder V2 and I plug them into an external USB hub, I have all the cables routed under my desk as a form of cable management. Why are neither of them connecting to my Laptop?

This has happened before, this is like the fourth time I'm having this issue in 3 years I've owned these peripherals. It just randomly doesnt connect to my laptop. The hub is not the problem, I have my mic hooked up just fine it's just the razer shit. At this point I'm fed up. These devices are just overpriced garage. Anyone have some recommendations on what other brands or peripherals I can swap to? I'm done with razer.
