When a screen is labelled as "IPS-level", it usually refers to a variation or iteration of the IPS panel technology.
There are a few other versions which are proprietary to certain makers and brands too, ie. Super PLS (plane to line switching) or AHVA (advanced hyper viewing angle).
So you'll have to check the screen specs further to find out that exact type of IPS tech its using.
Note that there are low, mid and high quality versions across all those IPS panel types (even amongst the same type), so their individual paper specs may not paint the full picture. Its always best to view the screens in person (visit a shop with demo display units) and test them using your commonly used apps and games to see which you prefer.

IPS isn't a meteic or performance standard so saying something is "IPS Level" is pure marketing BS.
