I just bought a microsoft surface laptop studio from a person

I installed windows from usb and downloaded updates, but the drivers are not working, the Nvidia rtx 3050 driver is not getting installed due to windows version but I updated the windows, and slim pen 2 shortcuts not working.

Something I never had to do, but instead of trying to reinstall windows and drivers manually, maybe something else to try, the official recovery image. Maybe some have experience with that. My SLS works like a charm, 0 issues. Got it new, so no experience with this proposed task.

Did you use the Surface specific image when you reinstalled everything or a generic Windows image?

I feel ya, I recently bought a better spec model, 17, 32GB/ 2TB

Feels so f**king laggy, and the task bar is doing that weird icons disappearing thing.

It did ship with win 11 home, I have since updated to Pro, maybe it was a bad update?Will have to do a clean install and take it from there.

It’s not the Windows update. Do the clean install soon so you have enough time to return it if needed.
