What level were you went to act3?

Title. I’m level 30 lightning arrow deadeye and struggling to beat the last boss even with 50% lightning resistance. I can get to the last 33% health phase but I run out of life potion. What level were you when you were able to advance to act3 and any suggestions? (Non-cruel difficulty)

Get yourself better potions and a life on hit mod on gear, level doesn’t really matter in this situation

Was pretty painless
I struggled more on the colossus in act 2
Pretty sure my lightning res was like 0
The colossus sucked because the lightning shards mechanic only worked about half of the time. I struggled with him too
Like 40 on a warrior, every time i died to a boss i did one push up, i mean a grinding session to the next level and at least one equipment upgrade. Did the whole campaign in 51.5 hours.
Including cruel?
I just one Shot the boss at 29 deadeye also. I went in with like 17% lightning resist. I just kept my distance kept poison bolt up and lightning bolt bow shot and timed dodging good enough to live. Has over 3/4 potion left too and no I am not that good. First time playing any poe game. Mind showing me your passive tree and gear?

If you get orb of storms from the elemental/sorc tree the boss absolutely melts. Walked thru him 1st try on a level 29 deadeye lightning ranger. Get extra projectiles on lightning shards, drop 5 of them, drop and orb of lightning in the middle and spam lightning arrow. You'll walk through him. He was stunned for nearly half the fight
