can do things like open the inventory but not actually move things around. Some changes seem to need a relog before they update such as setting keybinds

Cannot move my character with mouse or wasd when i go to clearfell encampment. I believe that this started when selecting the portal and keeping the control key down to create a new instance. I was able to walk and fight in the instance but when I selected the portal in my menu [right bottom section] or even using the map portal going back to Clearfell Encampment I could not move. My temporary work around is that i can use the dodge roll to move [spacebar] and select the vendors and inventory. Tried logging out and also completing the instance as wel as changing characters and is only affecting my one character.
Ok, loaded from Steam [play] then in the game settings input tab changed the input method from keyboard mouse to WASD saved and worked fine moving again. I went back to the chacter selection and clicked on the options cog [top left of screen and changed the input method back to keyboard mouse and saved and didn't work. So there is something going on with the mouse movement. All other mouse buttons appear to work since the character is responding to say 'cant do that here' as in attacking. The 'USE BOUND SKILL 1 [left click] mouse is greyed out.

Worked fine last night, this morning unable to nav menus. Just fixed mine after not seeing an answer here.
Verify Integrity of Game Files in Steam.
RightClick PoE2 in Steam Library > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Int.
Worked for me at least.
