I'm pretty sure flasks are bugged and not refilling on monster kills consistently.

It fills alot slower than PoE1, and typically you may need to find a flask with % to gain charge on skill

the game seems to be more linked to it's 'checkpoint' system, whenever you find/pass one you get topped off

its refilling but very slow game is hard so it is a feature i think

i think they only refill on blue monsters and above and not normal ones, it says I THINK on the bottle but i may be 99% wrong

That used to be the case, but they refill on white mobs now.

They'd have to, the game is like 95% white mobs so far.

I'm refilling mana in town. I killed a lot of monsters but didn't get charges.

I don’t think they refill anymore. I’ve had to use the well in town.

A whole screen off mobs is like 3 mobs lol

I had an issue where if I equipped a new flask it wouldn’t get charges from kills, I had to go to town and use well to fill it and then it started working correctly

Trying to kill the devourer. The health flask is definitely not refilling when killing those little bugs.

Yea i think there's bugs. My wife is playing witch, hers refill constantly. My warrior's health flask doesn't. Only refills at well or checkpoint. Mana flask is fine. Have swapped out flasks but all health flasks for me are bugged.

Which is great since im yhe front line fighter and can't get health refills.

It seems to be if you get ”gains X charges per second” or ”gain X charges on kill” it just replaces the base you get for killing mobs. Doubt that’s intended.

.20 charges per second. Tha tmeans 12 per minute.. and I'm getting ZERO chargers built up.. none. its irritating as heck. Another thing not working in this game.
