I have been paying especially close attention and have noticed that my life flask seems bugged and not refilling on monster kills. I've tried a few different flasks and affixes, to same continued issue. It's driving me a bit crazy, as I will AOE a whole screen of mobs to not get a sliver of a refill and die shortly after.

Is this just me?
