Downloaded Heston Blumenthal or In search of perfection. It is crazy the lengths he goes to. I love his take on all the dishes.
Anyone know of any other sites or favorite food programmes?
Just curious what you found on there that was of interest. I've been downloading a few bread making videos I found on Demonoid the past few days and they are taking FOREVER. Apparently bread making isn't as cool as I seem to think it is, so there is usually one generous person sharing, two at best.
If you haven't already seen Cook's Country and America's Test Kitchen, both run by the same folks, I would recommend trying to find them or just watching them on PBS if you are in the US. Also there are a ton of old Alton Brown's Good Eats shows all over TPB.
