It's not the best, but it's what I've got!
There is an amulet base that has 10-15 spirit implicit, and rings and amulets can roll spirit as an affix, not sure if it's a prefix or suffix though

gemcrust skull location act 3 cruel
where do you get the gemrot skull?? i only have the skull from act1. Please give a little bit more info on where to get the skulls exactly.
The gemrot skull drops from Ignagduk, the Bog Witch in act 3. She can be found in The Azak Bog, connected to the Infested Barrens.
I have no idea where the gemcrust skull drops. I was told that act 2 had a spirit drop from the Golden Tomb but it did not drop for me.
You can also enchant items to make them have more spirit.
You can get % Increased Spirit enchant on scepters as well, which is huge
