I'm trying to get data off a (ntfs) hard drive, but when I try to open the drive in Windows it says "The volume does not contain a recognized file system" and when I try to mount it on Linux it says "Error when mounting /dev/sda2 at /media/[path-to-disk]: Unknown error when mounting /dev/sda2".

I've tried UFS Explorer and I can see the files, but I can't recover them because I haven't paid for the program.

Is there any way I can get these files back?
