Burn-in seems to be talked about non stop on these OLEDS. I bought one two days ago but am concerned it won't last like my living room tv will. I just use it for streaming tv and youtube in bed a couple hours a night, though admittedly im watching on it right now, honeymoon phase and all. How concerned should I be?

It seems like the manual and user experiences and even the guy at costco say these things are guaranteed to be burned in by year 5, if not earlier. If this is the case I might make a switch. The sale on this tv recently was too good to pass up, at 700 dollars it seemed like the other tv's in this price zone got absolutely crushed, but I also don't want to be replacing it in a couple years.

My old bedroom tv has been kicking around for around 13 years. If it's just going to munch itself I might just go with another option. I also feel like I probably don't make the most of it since it will probably be rare that I game on it but that is an excellent feature of this panel, so I might give it a whirl just to experience. I do wonder if most of the burn in incidences are because people are constantly using these things as monitors and not just to watch content on.
