I know you need to have black levels set to low if youre on limited RGB and high at full RGB, but what should I really set my pc/console on?

As I understand it, not everything takes full advantage of full RGB, which leads to inaccurate contrast/colors. And if it does take advantage full RGB and you set it to limited RGB, will you really see the difference if you dont have a side by side with a full RGB display?

I don't want to constantly switch between the modes so do I choose full or limited?
