Does anyone know if smart access memory gives a better score? Since I run an old ssd without UEFI support I can't enable it and I'm contemplating just reinstalling windows. I get roughly 28500 with my 7900 xtx TUF OC stock and around 30500 with undervolt and powerlimit increase.
It should be between 30k-32k. My Red Devil XTX did 31k on stock, and a little bit more than 32k tweaked.
Yeah I mixed total score and graphics score. Graphics score was around 30k-31k so inside acceptable variation?
That does seem a bit low, mine hit 32520 last week after I got around to tweaking the latest drivers. Check your windows configurations as mentioned below. But if you cant hit higher it does sound like you may have some kind of throttling going on. Which xtx do you have?
Ok so I might have mixed the total score and graphics score. Just runned basic Timespy and graphics score is 29305 (also checked earlier runs I got 30120). No tweaks in the system using basic bios (using SAM & EXPO I thou). Still not 325520 thou, but I would think that its under acceptable variation? GPU hotstop never went over 78C. Got 100% utilisation with arount 2500Mhz.
Total score (cpu+gpu) is little bit under average, but just around median.
My biggest worry was that I was losing to a XT. When you compare the results in the web it shows your score and Premium Computer, High-End computer etc. High-End computer was with 7900XT and I was always around that. Now when I actually checked 7900XT only results it shows that their avarage score is around 26000 so mine is about +15% better so thats fine for me.
Timespy is all kinds of strange - with Win11 Insider I only get 11k Graphics score on my 7900xtx, but on normal non-insider I get over 32k.
Also, Win10 vs Win11 - Win10 scores nearly 1k more total score.
Other tests are about equal; it only seems to be TS.
