which is the best way to connect inverter to 2 batteries that are in parallel?

which is the best way? i will be connecting 2 batteries together in parallel and my question is how would i go about connecting my inverter to the batteries?

i will not be using solar panels to charge my batteries. i plan on using a 14.6v 20a battery charger from amazon and how would i connect that charger to these batteries as well?

thanks

01 is the way, 02 is a mistake.

Connect the charge the same way as 01.

Those seem like pretty small batteries for an inverter, how large is the inverter?

Also do not forget to add fuses the the wires between inverter and battery.

inverter is 2000w pure sine wave

    batteries are 12v 190ah each.

do you know of a good tutorial on how to add fuses between inverter and battery?

    thank you.

So you are looking at about 170amps with 2kw at 12V

    Legitimate question, not an argument.

Why is 02 a mistake? Aren't the two identical, electrically?

    Hi

Will has a lot of very good videos about solar and of grid solutions.

Check out some of his old videos, because recently he's been playing with some very expensive toys..

With the wiring rated for the maximum amperage you will draw across all connections

    E.g. 1000watts/12v = 83 amps.

Then just one wire across all the negatives and across the positives. Battery outlet should be fused.

the first photo is the correct way, i just did mine 3 days ago... working great!
