which is the best way? i will be connecting 2 batteries together in parallel and my question is how would i go about connecting my inverter to the batteries?

i will not be using solar panels to charge my batteries. i plan on using a 14.6v 20a battery charger from amazon and how would i connect that charger to these batteries as well?
