As someone else Mentioned the egpu probably comes with one in most cases. However, it does have to be usb thunderbolt 3 or 4. Any old usb C cable even “usb 3” or 3.1 or 3.2 won’t work. “Thunderbolt” is necessary!
I tried using a USB C cable that I used for VR plugged into pc, but it didn’t even turn on the EGPU.
Just an fyi :)
But I think there will be some differences if the cable is TB3 or TB4, in performance. Or does suffice TB3 cable to overcome bottlenecks?
Mine came with a tb3 cable. Worked flawless, I just didn't like how short it was. So I bought a 3' tb4 cable to future proof a touch (reuse for the Lenovo go2 and my next egpu).
I just bought it for the length tho, could have been a tb3 and 3' and I'd have been happy enough.
No differences at all from TB3 to TB4? In performance, I mean.
It will come with the perfect usbc cable to use already. I have one and the cable they include is ideal.
Are you talking about the OneXGPU or the Legion GO?

High quality Thunderbolt 4 cable.
I’m in Italy (EU). Which one that is not only for the U.S? A lot of brands are not selling here.
