I’ve the Legion GO since weeks; I’ve ordered a OneXGPU (an external eGPU); I’ve seen that if linked with Oculus cable will be the best, since with USB-C there’s a performance loss (but the Legion GO doesn’t have the Oculus option available).

So… there are some USB-C cable that are better than others? Or maybe USB-C/Thunderbolt ones? To minimise the performance difference.
