Windows 11 Xbox Game Bar issue.

Recently, I've had an issue with Gamebar as I use it to screen record my classes as I don't always have the time to watch a 1:30h+ classes when I am at work.

The last time, though, as I put the screen recorder to work I left the room with the gamebar active. When I came back there was no recording as if it stopped on its own and there's literally nothing for the time it being used to record. Can there be a redirecting folder or something, I desperately need this class recording, also when I try to search it with Win + E and .mp4 extension still nothing pops up.

I've never encountered this issue before, and I will gladly welcome any help coming my way, thank you in advance.
