is there any other app we can use to edit regulation bin other than yapped and dsmapstudio? since i cant use both of them for editing for the latest ER patch, any solutions?

I was told Smithbox works but I can't make it work on 1.12. Maybe you'll have better luck with it. I think its a fork of DSMapStudio it looks pretty much the same.
Thanks for sharing that link. I downloaded Smithbox today after stumbling across this post. It works for me on 1.12, I used the updated UXM Unpacker, and loading the regulation.bin worked just fine. Still no luck with DSMapStudio, so this was a godsend.
