Can't speak on the keyboards, but I've been using both the Razer Viper V2 for a while and I love it.
Thanks! I was just looking at the Naga as I had that before and the 12 button for mmos is really helpful. I just wish I could filter easier for wireless keyboards.
I have an all Razer all wireless setup so I can help out a bit. I use the viper ultimate for my mouse since I was able to get it on sale for only 70$ last year. It comes with a charging dock and so far no issues, I’ve had it for a year and it’ll never run out of battery bc you just put it on the dock whenever you finish gaming. My keyboard is the Deathstalker v2 pro. I use a Razer blade so I like the minimalistic look of the slim Deathstalker. It’s low profile so you may not be a fan if you would rather a more traditional gaming keyboard look. PM for any questions about their other products I know just about everything about their wireless products at this point. I will say that wireless from Razer is light years ahead of any other company so if you do want wireless I would stick to Razer, there’s no latency and honestly at this point it might even be faster than the wired. Good luck!
Thank you! I’ll shoot you a pm because I have a couple questions and don’t wanna clog up the thread.
Make sure you use alkaline batteries if you buy something that requires them. I was using a lithium battery in my mouse and it took forever to figure out what the problem was.
I have the Naga Pro which is fantastic. And an all Razer set-up
I opted against a wireless keyboard for the battery life. A couple of years ago when I was looking the keyboard that interested me the most had an 8 hour battery. For someone who uses the computer like I do, that's paltry. I'd have to plug in the thing so often it may as well be wired. So I bought wired and saved a lot of money.
Not sure if it's the same today, but that was my thinking process. The Naga pro goes 24 hours on a charge and it came with a dock to charge so the same considerations didn't apply then.
I own a full wireless setup by Razer but have never been able to use either the keyboard or the mouse wirelessly. Both repeatedly cut out at crucial moments and the Razer Synapse software is some of worst out there. Defo would not buy again and would not recommend Razer products.
Full wireless. I do recommend them. But as an advice, link both the keyboard and mouse yo a single dongle. In my case I linked the keyboard to the mouse ( I think, don't remember). Otherwise, they have communication issues. Check some YouTube video on how to do it, but that's it.
