How to merge the item.msgbnd.dcx and item_dlc02.msgbnd.dcx files

I am trying to use map for goblins and berserker armor and dragon slayer but I cant combine the dcx files from them since it just says replace skip or decide individually

I use witchyBND to extract the dcx. then use it again to convert the fmg files to xml. I also use WinMerge to compare both files to compare differences.
All the files have the same names so how would I combine them?
