Elden Ring default regulation.bin file

I've downloaded elden ring from Dodi repacks and i tried to mod it. I downloaded the Grand Merchant Simple Edition mod which replaces the regulation.bin file, of course, me being a total idiot i didnt read the installation guide that said to make a backup of the default regulation.bin file. Now normally this wouldnt be an issue since you can just verify the game files from steam, but my game is cracked so i can't do that, and i can't find the original .bin file anywhere on the web. I'm wondering if anyone knows where to download the default one. Thanks.

placing modlauncher2 files into the elden ring folder fixed it for me.
