talos will handle couple unmoored red beacons depend on his condition after the guardian gigantus quest. if his arm still intact, he will cover 2 red beacons for you. missing arm, he only cover 1 beacon. you have to deal the rest yourself.
if you somehow failed to stop talos movement until every end, he won’t appear on unmoored world and you have to beat 2 extra red beacons on your own and missing achievement/trophy.
Gotcha, Thanks. So it's possible to get the trophy, Die then reset to the last Inn Save. The reason I want the 2 red beacons is just fighting 2 more bosses myself.
I just used Explosive Arrows. 1 direct hit or 2 indirect hits to each weakpoint breaks them. I managed to beat him long before he knew he was dead.
I think I instant killed all the spots with maelstorm
Think what I'm asking about is how do I get extra beacons to spawn?
If you let him fall in the lava you have more bosses to fight. If you don't and he has 1 arm you only have one if he has two that takes out the Volcano island beacons. They won't show if talos has two arms. You just have to approach it with your pawn.
I used Sagittate avalanche on his weakspots after he reached the beach. 1-2 full volleys of that should destroy a weakspot.
i believe people when they said X worked for them but when i went for the achievement on ng plus i hit him with 2 super arrows & 7 meteor storms & like 30 magic archer ults before he -died- along with a bunch of the standing balista. popped all his points with the 1st arrow before he was out of the water. no idea if i needed to do more or if he would of "bleed" to death early either way? on my 1st game i killed all his weak points early blow off a arm & was wacking his head nonstop as a warrior with magic buffs. 99% sure nothing i did after knocking out the spikes did anything. his fight is stupid
I felt this as well on my first playthrough. I was wayfarer at the time and managed to get rid of all but one of his weakpoints. This particular weakpoint just wouldn't unplug itself. It was taking a heck of a lot more time than the other ones which was like half a stamina bar for me.
Guessing here but I think there's a certain point of progression where the game locks in his damage and makes him invulnerable until he's past a certain event scene. Cause that weakpoint only released for me after the little event where his arm is blown off.

Don't kill talos.
Simple. Instead destroy the spikes.
