How to separate Analogue 1+2 on Scarlett 2i2?

On my Scarlett 2i2, I have a mic in input 1 and an electric guitar in input 2. I can monitor/record these inputs separately in my DAW (Reaper) but on Zoom and Discord, they're always combined as Analogue 1+2. Is there a way to separate these? I am trying to use my mic in call without people hearing the direct input of my electric guitar when I play it. I am on Windows 10.

I think u can, when u set to stereo mic will be on left channel and guitar on right - u can use some software like voicemeeter to make a separate input from this channels and pin one of them to call software

Like u/RafMazurek said, Voicemeeter can separate the inputs. I posted a sorta how-to in another thread: https://old.reddit.com/r/Focusrite/comments/lcxyve/is_there_a_way_to_select_only_one_of_the_inputs/

Another thing you can try is, in Windows, set Analogue 1+2 to 1 channel. This should only out the Mic in Windows. Then in Reaper, set the audio system to ASIO to record the guitar.
