Grokdrul is a resource that can be found in Grineer camps on Plains of Eidolon, stored in drums. Grokdrul is also rewarded by Bounties. The higher level the mission you take on the Plains, the more Grokdrul the player will obtain from drums, up to 5 per drum on the highest level missions.

Max range xaku with loot mods (including resourceful retriever). Start highest bounty non steel path, pin point Grineer camps, and just bust open them crates. 3 minutes fetched me 172 Grokdrul (with booster).
polysaccharides and long chain polymers? The grineer must be rather eco friendly, this is biodegradable and they are even actively engaged in projects to restore earths climate! I never understood why they wanted us to stop the grineer from killing the forest, the forest was a bioengineered monstrosity that has rendered earth uninhabitable in most places to human life.

Got 51 by slowly roaming around grineer bases, just break those small special container thingies. I did it as low-level by using K-drive for fast roam and any scanner to spot them
It seems to resemble the toxic green sludge found everywhere on the grineer shipyard tilesets

I made an edit removing the suggestion that Grokdrul is used in the manufacturing of grineer, due to the fact the explanation is provided in-game.
Am I right that it is easier to get large amounts of grokdrul if you choose a high lvl bounty mission before entering the plains, just as it is with iradite? This way I get about 40 iradite/10 min and then I just go back to cetus without even finishing the first step of this high level bounty

Same Lone Tenno here again, I was right apparently.
So what you have to do is:
- pick tanky/fast warframe (e. g. Saryn with this healing augment and a bit armor, at least thats my choice)
- go to Cetus/Onkko and pick the highest bounty
- CHOOSE SOLO MODE (since you wont actually do the mission, which might annoy people trying to do it)
- enter plains
- look for iradite and grokdrul containers
- after you got the required amount, go back to cetus
Tried that.
I got a lot of resources, but when I go back, it says mission failed and i loose all those resources i collected.
its to hard to get grokdrul u need to stay all day to get like 500 its to hard ...
whats the best way to farm it?
go to grinneer camps? it says so in the description

Has anyone found a way to farm this in decent amounts yet? I'm doing bounties but only getting 4 per run.
There are tons of it in any Grineer base.
So it's not a tasty snack.

Before I read this I assumed it was some sort of protein shake for grineer troops
you wouln't be too far off, considering polysaccharides are inface long chains of sugar, the polymures its made with my inface be simple binding agents, so its more of a cn of energy drink than a protein shake

In the Grineer outposts on the Plains of Eidolon. They should have a bunch of weird shaped containers that, when broken, will drop this.

So it's 2021 now? Not sure but you if this is new but you need Grokdrul to make the Archwing. Start the plains without any bounties. Run left (avoid the first base you come across, there isn't any Grokdrul there) until you get to the base dug into the mountain. it's about a 30 second to minute run? there's two Grokdrul containers here. Then keep going left till you get to the sea. About another minute run? there's a base here, kill everyone and pick up the Grokdrul. Just did it and got 31 Grokdrul from the run. (Also got 8 Iradite cause I need that too, but it's just lying around the place.) Hope this helps!
