Home internet suddenly not working
I've had Smart Talk Wireless home internet for six months and the service has been great, at least until this morning. I got home from work and none of my devices would connect, and I was prompted to call Verizon. They didn't know what to do and handed me over to Smart Talk. Spent HOURS on the phone with them without resolution (terrible customer service) and promises of a call back (which never came). What came this issue be? My account is paid up, so I'm at a loss of what to do next. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you resolve it.


I know my 5G Home Internet is working just fine. I haven not seen this.
When did you do the refill tho?
I'm on auto pay and went through last night.
Any updates on how long it took for your internet to come back on. Currently experiencing the same issue.
Happened to me recently. Got them to admit after many calls that lots of people in my area were having the issue so I'm guessing a misconfig in the network or the tower, 22 hours later it was working again.
