Edge has this built-in. In the address bar there are two icons: One looks like a Capital A and pressing this will start the Read Aloud function. You can click the cursor where you want the reading to start. There's also an icon that looks like an open book. Pressing this will open the Immersive Reader which will display only the main text, and at the top there is a button to start the reading. There are also buttons to control text display and the voice options. I'm sure there are more details in Edge's help.
