Fakespot analyzes the reviews authenticity and not the product quality using AI. We look for real reviews that mention product issues such as counterfeits, defects, and bad return policies that fake reviews try to hide from consumers.

We give an A-F letter for trustworthiness of reviews. A = very trustworthy reviews, F = highly untrustworthy reviews. We also provide seller ratings to warn you if the seller can be trusted or not.

Please don't do it, I don't know who recommended those two pieces of junk to you, but I assure you that you would regret the purchase in no time. As an interface I recommend the Focusrite Vocaster One (now on offer) since you don't need to record musical instruments but only microphones, and as a microphone anything from the brands dedicated to microphones (Rode, Audio tecnica, Stellar, Shure, Behringer, Thomann t-Bone, etc., the important thing is that it is not FiFine, Tonor, or Trust and other brands that sell junk for €20,

I’m very new to XLR microphones, no one recommended the mic and interface to me, I just looked for ones that looked good, I am very glad I asked before purchasing though. Do you have any recommendations for microphones/microphone brands for said company that I should look at?

Those are not great choices, particularly the “interface”.

If you’re really scrimping on money, Good cheap mics include the Behringer XM8500, the Zoom ZDM-1 and the Fifine K669D. Decent budget interfaces include the Behringer UMC22 or the M Audio M-Track Solo. (If you really need to cheap out, try the Teyun Q12 on Amazon or any generic version of this on Ali Express.) I have used all of these and they’re ok.

I’ll look into them, I do also want to say that the interface can’t be too big as I don’t have much desk space
