Get an audio interface like the Focusrite Scarlett Solo or something similar. I think they are about £100 GBP or so.

Cheap/easy option would be 3.5mm to XLR adapter, but you will lose out some quality as it will be unbalanced.

The proper way is to get an audio interface, and you should redirect this question to an audiophile forum since this sub is mostly gamers.

Any mixer USB to XLR will work just fine. For example this one https://www.amazon.de/Behringer-802-XENYX-Mischpult/dp/B000J5XS3C

There are XLR to USB adapters or even mixers that will give you a few ports with some adjustments.

Buy a mixer or Digital Interface with USB and at least one XLR channel. Plug mic into mixer. Set PC audio input to the mixer. I use a Yamaha AG03 but there are many out there. Buy a decent mixer, the preamps in it matter. Mackie, Yamaha both good. The GoXLR Mini is a really great choice, expensive but very good.
