CODEX

Cyte-09's exalted Sniper Rifle. Bullets ricochet off Weak Points to seek out other nearby Weak Points. Alt fire lobs a grenade that completely freezes enemies with a  Cold Status Effect, leaving a freezing field that continues to apply  Cold Status for a duration.

Neutralizer is  Cyte-09's Exalted Sniper Rifle, summoned by activating the ability  Neutralize. Primary fire shoots sniper shots that ricochet on weak points, while its Alternate Fire lobs a  Cold grenade.

Characteristics[]

• This weapon deals primarily  Puncture damage on its primary fire and pure  Cold on its Alternate Fire.
• Can use the sniper-exclusive  Target Acquired and  Sharpshooter mods.
• Innate and polarities.

Advantages:

• Primary fire shoots sniper rounds.
  • Shots ricochet on weak point hits up to 4 times within 10 meters of the target, with a damage loss of 20% per ricochet.
  • Very high critical chance and critical multiplier.
  • Innate 2.5 meters punch through.
  • Three zoom modes:
    • First zoom has 2.5x zoom distance and +40% critical damage multiplier.
    • Second zoom has 4.0x zoom distance and +60% critical damage multiplier.
    • Third zoom has 8.0x zoom distance and +80% critical damage multiplier.
• Alternate Fire launches a grenade that explodes in a 10 meter radius, inflicting 10  Cold stacks and leaves a lingering field for 5 seconds.
  • High critical chance.

Disadvantages:

• Requires 5 energy to activate. Primary fire shots consume 10 energy, while Alternate Fire consumes 20 energy and 3 ammo.
• Primary Fire:
  • Low status chance.
• Alternate Fire:
  • Low damage.
  • 0% status chance.
  • Projectile has travel time with heavy arcing.
• As an Exalted Weapon, it cannot benefit from, nor contribute to the set bonus of any Set Mods.
• Cannot equip critical related Acolyte Mods ( Argon Scope) or Amalgam Mods (e.g.,  Amalgam Serration).
  • This includes mods based on these Acolyte mods, such as  Galvanized Scope.
• Does not have an Exilus slot.
• Cannot equip Primary Arcane Enhancements.

Notes[]

• Neutralizer uses Rifle Mods and can equip Sniper mods.
• Neutralizer appears in the Arsenal after unlocking Cyte-09's  Neutralize ability.

Tips[]

• Synergizes with "Spectral Serration" wasn't found in Module:Mods/data and  Primary Acuity due to  Evade and  Seek respectively.
