Arcane Impetus is an Arcane Enhancement for Warframes that increases Ability Strength and Ability Efficiency dependent on unique Status Effects from Abilities.

Triggering 1 status effects will reset the timer for the entire stack
Sickening Pulse - it doesn't matter what you have since it works with everyone's statuses, aka have a companion with manifold pumping 1/2 of the statuses, yourself with Cedo or secondary encumber for the other 1/2, all statuses will be considered from your ability
Sentinel and pet abilities that have innate status procs like viral quills, arc coil and coolant leak can proc this.
Status from manifold bond does not count towards this,
Aside from koumei and voruna as obvious target. Anyframe that can subsume decoy and use damage decoy will get this arcane to 13 stacks.
Nyx is recommended - cast decoy on an enemy, then hit it with mind control.
Notably, Caliban with Damage Decoy can get this to 14 stacks. But it does compete directly with Camisado.

Citrine can only stack upto 7 stacks atmost without helminth, it's koumei and voruna target of this arcane, getting to 13 stacks with ease.
The only problem is that koumei is..... Calling it bad would be an insult to the warframes that are bad, so the only problem is that koumei is koumei
If you're not fond of citrine's 4 it's fairly easy to helminth on something that gives you more stacks.
I don't think Koumei wants this arcane unless you're running the build that scrollwheel spams her 1, which only does elemental statuses(and thus only goes to 10 stacks if you don't use her 4 also), so probably not ideal for her.
Voruna is a fairly good target but you're kind of at the mercy of RNG to keep it at maximum stacks.
