Don't know where you heard about a DLC. As far as I know none were ever planned or announced.
I think the Dragon's Princess DLC 'Leak' was proven fake due to the same leak not having any mention of kunitsukami path of the goddess or the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster on it as well as the wrong release date for MonHun Wilds. This doesn't mean that DLC won't be happening to DD2, just that nothing has been officially revealed/announced, and the image you are referring to was found to be fake.
