Fulmin Prime is the Primed counterpart of the Fulmin rifle, with increased Magazine Size, faster Reload delay, improvements to the semi-automatic damage and Status Chance, and full-auto Critical Chance. Fulmin Prime was released alongside
Wisp Prime and
Gunsen Prime.
Characteristics[]
- This weapon deals primarily
Electricity damage.
- Semi-auto mode:
- Shots have a guaranteed
Impact proc to enemies up to 9 meters.
- Distance is affected by Projectile Speed.
- Projectiles have a thickness of 1 meter.
- Shots have a guaranteed
- Does not use ammo pickups; ammo regenerates over time.
- Has a 0.7 second delay after the weapon stops firing before regenerating ammo. Then, regenerates 40 ammo per second; takes 2 seconds to regenerate a fully depleted battery excluding the delay.
- Does not receive benefit from reload-triggered mods such as
Spring-Loaded Chamber.
- Alternate Fire mode-switching is not instantaneous and has an animation of 1 second (0.5 seconds when wielded by
Wisp/
Wisp Prime.)
Advantages over other Primary weapons (excluding modular weapons):
- Semi-auto mode:
- Innate 3 meter punch through against bodies.
- Silent.
- Full-auto mode:
- Hitscan and pinpoint accuracy.
Heavy Caliber's accuracy penalty is minimal on this weapon.

- Very high crit chance (34.00%)
- High magazine (80)
- Above average fire rate (9.33 attacks/sec)
- High crit multiplier (2.40x)
- Semi-Auto Mode (wiki attack index 2)
- Above average crit chance (30.00%)
- Above average magazine (80)
- High total damage (550)
Disadvantages over other Primary weapons (excluding modular weapons):
- Semi-auto mode:
- Has linear damage falloff from 100% to 33.33% from 10m to 20m target distance (distances are affected by Projectile Speed).
- Limited range of 20 meters (can be increased with Projectile Speed mods).
- Consumes 10 ammo per shot.
- Has a headshot multiplier of 1x.
- Innate punch through does not apply to surfaces if hitting with the central portion of the projectile, requiring punch through mods.
- Full-auto mode:
- Shots are alarming.
- Full Auto Mode (wiki attack index 1)
- Low reload speed (2.70 s)
- Low total damage (33)
- Very low ammo max (0)
- Very low status chance (10.00%)
- Very low disposition (●○○○○ (0.65x))
- Semi-Auto Mode (wiki attack index 2)
- Below average maximum falloff distance (24.0 m)
- Low reload speed (2.70 s)
- Very low ammo max (0)
- Below average status chance (22.00%)
- Very low disposition (●○○○○ (0.65x))
See WARFRAME Wiki:Stat Comparison/Percentiles for more details.
Comparisons:
Fulmin Prime (Full Auto Mode), compared to
Fulmin (Full Auto Mode):
- Equal base damage
- Higher base critical chance (34.00% vs. 28.00%)
- Higher average damage per tap (48.70 vs. 45.93)

- Higher sustained DPS (325.41 vs. 264.23)
- Larger magazine (80 vs. 60)
- Faster reload time (2.70 s vs. 3.00 s)
- More polarities (
vs. None)
- Higher Mastery Rank required (12 vs. 8)

Notes[]
- When wielded by
Wisp/
Wisp Prime, the Alternate Fire mode-switching animation is decreased to 0.5 seconds.
- Being categorized as an assault rifle, Fulmin can't be used for "Shotgun Only" Sorties (despite having pulse-shotgun characteristics).
Galvanized Aptitude is multiplicative to semi-auto's base damage sources on direct shots.

Worse than normal Fulmin with same stats and a god riven.
Mods* my bad
A yes, lemme waste thousands of kuva or plat just to make a marginally better Fulmin Prime out of the regular Fulmin.
Local user discovers how riven dispositions work, more at 11.
What the Ambassador desperately wants to be.
As said below, base Fulmin was already a solid rifle, this is even better. With 22% status on semiauto, hybrid build seems like the best option. Full auto's poor status doesn't really matter; it's a bullet hose, you'll naturally get many procs on a target as long as you're firing.
Demolishing SP Grineer as I write this.
Base Fulmin already had nice performence as a crit heavy projectile shotgun. Buffs for damage related stats are on minor side. Most of the upgrade is in smoother usability - bigger magazine, shorter reload delay, much better recharge speed.
Auto mode still has the same problems as it had (worse damage scaling, bad status chance, no forced Impact) but can more reliably proc Hunter's Munition as now with Critical Delay it has above 100% crit chance. Still you will be using Semi mode for 90+% of the time.
If you liked Fulmin, this is exactly the same weapon, just smoother in use thanks to utility upgrades.
A nice upgrade for fulmin fans, i never was a fulmin fan.
Reload delay seems hard stopped at 0.5 at the lowest. A fully ranked Fast Hands will bring the reload delay from 0.7 to 0.5. Using a fully ranked Primed Fast Hands does not achieve a faster result.
With the display numbers alone, that would make sense.
With Fast Hands, the raw time (rounding the fourth place) goes from 0.7 to (0.7/1.3) = 0.5385 reload delay. With Primed Fast Hands, the raw time goes from 0.7 to (0.7/1.55) = 0.4516. In this case, one can rest assured that the mod card is working as intended. But based on the maximum integers the stats display in-game, then it appears that the value is "stuck" at 0.5 when it's rounding from its actual effect at ~0.4516 reload delay.
Maybe one day there could be an option to change how many decimal places numbers stats like that have--a nice QoL addition.
"mod card" refers to "module" I guess...
From my testing the forced impact proc does not go to just 9 meters but until the start of the falloff point. Which makes it 12 meters by default and 19.2 meters with a maxed terminal velocity.
Is is scam. They nerfed riven disposition so hard that my riven
[97electricity,129 crit dmg, -19 grinier dmg] go down to
[60electricity,81cir dmg, -12 grinier dmg]
This weapon is just weaker now. how they could take 48% crit dmg.
Isn't it also a buff, you do more damage to grineer now that it isn't -19 but -12. :D
But ,gagged hostage doesnt speak? Help?
After so many years, some people still don't get that DE always let the riven dispo start with 1 for a new weapon...
And yes, even IF another (better or lesser) version of the same weapon had a higher rating.
For the fulmin, it's likely they will put the disposition to around 2, like the non-prime version is (except if everone and their kubrow is playing it now for the next 3 months or so - which is when the next disposition change will likely happen).
So chill down about those nerfs or become a nerf-herder yourself.
Scam? lmao

Nah, Just do capture in void. Hepit for Lith and Ukko for Meso and Neo. You can get 1 relic after 1 minute mission if you use a fast frame like Gauss or Titania.
Apollo is still best for Axi, though.
