Puncture damage of a melee weapon by 20% per rank for a maximum of 120% at rank 5.

- This mod was previously acquired by surviving for 30 minutes or longer in the Operation: Mutalist Incursions Event, and again later in the Divine Will Tactical Alert as a rare drop from completing its Razorback assassination mission.

Puncture damage. - Compared to a base elemental mod (+90%) in terms of raw damage, Auger Strike becomes more effective when a weapon's Puncture damage exceeds 75% of total weapon damage. This does not take damage type multipliers into consideration.
Trivia[]
- Auger Strike is the first in a three-member series of 120% melee physical damage mods in which the first letter of each mod forms the series "A-B-C".
- It is the only mod in this series not to be offered as a periodic sale item by Baro Ki'Teer.
- Similar to its cousins, this mod's artwork depicts its modeling Warframe,
Nyx, with her Immortal body skin.

but first you ned to find someone who actaully has it... i am looking for this for 3 days and no one seemes to have it and be willing to give it.
It's an event mod that hasn't been re-released at all so not many have it and most people that have it won't give it up. But, if you find someone that's willing to sell it then it'll be about 200p because it's really only a collector's item and not as beneficial as many others are.

Rather inefficient imo compared to sundering strike in terms of bonus dmg per drain, though I guess it's nice to have an extra boost if you're going for a high puncture dmg build
It isn't suppossed to be more efficient.
Sundering strike is for leveling weapons this is for comppletely leveled weapons that have a catalyst installed.
Besides, there are only a handful of melee weapons that can actually use a puncture build and all of them could really use any addittional puncture they can get.
Finally, if you're doing a puncture build you should be using both of them if you have them.
